The peptide corresponds to Histone H3 residues 21-44 mono-methylated at Lys-27 with an additional C-terminal glycine followed by a biotinylated lysine.
Application:Suitable for use in the study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecular inhibitors of Histone 3 (K27) methyltransferases for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
