ALOX15 converts arachidonic acid to 15S-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid. The protein also acts on C-12 of arachidonate as well as on linoleic acid.
Recombinant corresponding to aa2-662 from human ALOX-15, fused to FLAG-tag at N-terminal, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.

Applications:Suitable for use in binding studies, as in immunogen or for Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
