HAX1 is known to associate with HS1, a substrate of Src family tyrosine kinases. It also interacts with the product of PKD2, mutations in which are associated with autosomal-dominant polycystic kidney disease, and with F-actin-binding protein, cortactin. It is associated with autosomal recessive severe congenital neutropenia, also known as Kostmann syndrome.
Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human HAX1, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
