BUD31 is a nuclear protein that belongs to the BUD31 (G10) family. It contains a putative nuclear translocation sequence, an N-terminal acidic domain and a cysteine-rich C-terminal domain containing a putative Zinc-finger structure. The structure of BUD31 suggests that it may be a nuclear regulator of transcription.
Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human BUD31, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
