This IL-6 “antibodies only” ELISA kit comes with a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify protein level of human IL6. The antibody reagents supplied are sufficient for at least 3-5 x 96 well plates.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Capture Antibody: 2.5ug/mlDetection Antibody: 1ug/mlNote: Recommended dilutions are in conjunction with use of mammalian overexpression lysate as standard. Optimal dilutions are to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Antibodies may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
