SIGIRR acts as a negative regulator of the Toll-like and IL-1R receptor signaling pathways. Attenuates the recruitment of receptor-proximal signaling components to the TLR4 receptor, probably through an TIR-TIR domain interaction with TLR4.
Sequence:Signal peptide and extracellular domain of human SIGIRR (aa1-118) are fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1, expressed in HEK 293 cells.

Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
