RANK (TRANCE-R; CD265) is the receptor for RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL. It is essential for RANKL-mediated osteoclastogenesis and is involved in the regulation of interactions between T cells and dendritic cells.
Sequence:Mouse RANK (aa31-214) is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1, expressed in HEK 293 cells.
Biological Activity:Inhibits mouse and human RANKL biological functions.
