BCMA is a receptor for BAFF and APRIL. It promotes B cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. It's downstream signaling is dependent on NF-kappaB and JNK.
Human, mouse, HEK 293 cells. The extracellular domain of mouse BCMA (aa1-46) is fused at theC-terminus to the Flow Cytometry portion of human IgG1.
Biological Activity:Blocks the binding of mouse BAFF and human APRIL to their receptors BCMA and TACI.
Specificity:Binds mouse and human BAFF and APRIL.
