• Ponatinib is a novel potent, orally available small molecule multitargeted kinase inhibitor. Ponatinib inhibits both native and mutant BCR-ABL. Ponatinib is used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) with BCR-ABL kinase inhibitors.
