Source:Neisseria gonorrhoeae, strain ATCC 19424, from homogenized lysate of pure bacteria.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Inactivation:56 degrees for 3 hours, confirmed inactive by no visible colonies on permissive plates after 5 days.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note:No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. All materials should be handled as if potentially infectious. Generally accepted laboratory practices appropriate for infectious materials should be employed when handling this product.
