特徴

• Where HexA is either Glucuronic acid or Iduronic Acid - in reality the vast majority of the Uronic Acids are Iduronic Acid based on the almost complete resistance of the DS to degradation by Chondroitinase AC On electrophoresis the DS gives a single band and separates clearly from standards of chondroitin sulfate and heparin. Dermatan Sulfate is a glycosaminoglycan molecule used in the synthesis of tissue engineering. Used in the synthesis of artificial cartilage as an applicable biomaterial.
