PP consists of total protein isolated from primary tumor and its adjacent normal tissue; PM consists of total protein from primary tumor and corresponding metastastic tumor. Quality Control:1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot
2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to • GAPDH for total protein, cytoplasmic and universal total protein.
Storage and Stability:Store the protein lysate at -70°C for long term storage. After the protein is thawed,store it at 2-8°C for continuous use. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles. Stable for 6 months.
