All the protein lysates were prepared from liquid nitrogen fresh frozen tissues. Total protein lysates were prepared by Total Protein Extraction Kit (Cat# P9087).
Quality Control:1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot
2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to GAPDH for total protein.
Storage and Stability:For extended storage, keep frozen at -70°C in working aliquots. For continuous use, stored at 4°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.
