Mitochondria Activity Assay (Cytochrome c Oxidase Activity Assay) Kit is designed to measure the Cytochrome c oxidase activity in mitochondria sample, as well as the integrity of mitochondria. Different amounts of Cytochrome c oxidase positive control were assayed using this kit to define the linear range of enzyme activity for the assay: 0.35 milliunit to 3.5 milliunit (Figure 2). One kit can perform 100 assays.

Storage and Stability:Store all components at -20°C. After dilurion of *M3985-95A and *M3985-95B store at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles of reagents. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
