Description:EPOC growth medium was designed and tested for our human endothelium progenitor Outgrowth cells (EPOC). This is the EPOC basal medium component for E3010-68G.
Each lot of this product is tested in cell culture to ensure its sterility. This product does not contain antibiotics.
Use of EPOC Growth Medium for Culturing EPOC:1. Thaw the supplement and add the entire volume (25ml) to the basal medium (500ml). Antibiotics may also be added if contamination is a concern
2. Take the amount of EPOC growth medium needed and warm to 37°C in a water bath or incubator. Avoid frequent temperature change to the entire bottle of medium. The EPOC growth medium is stable for at least 1 month stored at 2 -8°C
3. Refer to manual for EPOC culture procedures using the EPOC growth medium. We recommend changing medium every 2 days for regular cell culture.
Storage and Stability:Store at 4°C. A change in color or appearance of precipitate may indicate deterioration. Stable for 6 months from the date of receipt under proper storage condition.
