特徴

• Bryostatin 1 binds to and activates protein kinase C, but its biological effects differ greatly from those induced by other protein kinase C activators. Bryostatin 1 fails to mimic many effects caused by PMA and actually blocks some PMA-induced response in a variety of cells and tissues.
• Solubility:Soluble in DMSO or ethanol.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
