A healthy non-immunized population of Hamster (Armenian) was used to collect serum. IgG was prepared by ammonium sulfate, and column chromatography (Sephadex, and DEAE-ion exchange columns). The resulting preparation was judged to be >95% pure by IEP and SDS-Page.

Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA (coating), or as a non-immune control for ELISA, Dot Blot, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
