• Source:Recombinant corresponding to full length human HDAC2 expressed in baculovirus expression system (No. Q92769).
• Specific Activity:450pmol/min/ug. Assay condition: 50mM of Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM potassium chloride, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1% BSA, 20uM substrate, 37ºC, 30min.
• Applications:Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
