Specific Activity:2228pmol/min/ng Assay condition : 25mM MES, pH 5.0, 10uM substrate (Z-Leu-Arg-AMC), 10 minutes at RT. Prior to assay enzyme was activated with preincubation at 10ug/ml in 25mM MES, pH 5.0, 5mM DTT for 15 minute at RT.
Applications:Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
