特徴

• PPIL2, which belongs to the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases, is an enzyme that plays an important role in protein folding, immunosuppression by cyclosporin A, and infection of HIV-1 virions. This protein interacts with the proteinase inhibitor eglin c and is localized in the nucleus. Recombinant PPIL2 protein was expressed in E. coli.

• Enzyme Activity:Specific activity is > 290 nmoles/min/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that cleaves 1umole of suc-AAFP-pNA per minute at 25°C in Tris-Hcl pH 8.0 using chymotrypsin.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
