CUTA, also known as ACHAP (acetylcholinesterase-associated protein), is the 179 amino acid mammalian homolog of the cutA E. coli protein and is ubiquitously expressed, particularly in brain tissue. CUTA is thought to be involved in cellular tolerance to a wide variety of divalent cations other than copper. The CUTA protein is a cytoplasmic protein, encoded by the single-gene operon and has been linked to divalent cation tolerance. Recombinant human CUTA protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in E. coli.

Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
