Recombinant Rubella E1 envelope protein produced as a fusion protein in the eukaryotic expression system. Fusion protein MW: ~70kD. This protein binds to goat anti-Rubella polyclonal antibodies and Rubella converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA (IgG, IgM) and Western Blot.
Recombinant protein corresponding to Rubella, E1 Envelope Protein, expressed in E. coli.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Dot Blot, and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 10-100ng depending on the nature and affinity of the detection reagent. Human serum polyclonal antibodies yield titers of 1:1000 or greater at 100ng of immobilized R9700-05P under standard ELISA conditions
Western Blot: 10-100ng depending on the nature and affinity of the detection reagent
Lateral Flow: 1-2mg/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
