IL-10 is a homodimeric protein, each 18.7kD subunit is 160aa residues in length. IL-10 is a potent inhibitor of several cytokines including IFN gamma, IL-2 and TNF. Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is produced primarily by activated T lymphocytes.

Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
