特徴

• This recombinant human IGF-1 produced in E. coli is a single non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 70 amino acids (UniProt Accession #P05019).
• Molecular Weight:~7.7kD
• Activity:≥1x10e6U/mg. The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of thymidine uptake by BALB/c 3T3 cells is ≤1ng/ml.
• Endotoxin: <0.1ng/ug of IGF1.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
