CXCL1, also known as GRO1, is a 7.8kD chemokine which is involved in neutrophil chemotaxis and activation and is expressed in a range of cells including monocytes, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells.

Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
