特徴

• TRAIL (TNF-related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand) also known as CD253, is a cytotoxic protein which activates apoptosis in tumor cells but not in normal cells. TRAIL binds to two so-called 'death receptors', designated DR4 and DR5.
• Source:Recombinant human TRAIL expressed in E. coli
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Functional Assays: 0.2-20ng/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
