特徴

• This plasminogen was prepared from fresh plasma by immobilized lysine chromatography.
• Source:Rat plasminogen.
• Solubility: >2mg/ml and <5mg/ml
• Spectrophotometric Data:Ultraviolet: Absorbance (280nm) = 4.59 ∈0.1% = 1.69 Active Concentration: 2.3mg/ml
• Activity:No plasmin activity detected with a chromogenic substrate. > 98% conversion to plasmin observed with activation via uPA.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
