The DPP3 Fluorescent Activity Assay kit is designed to measure DPP3 activity using purified DPP3 or DPP3 extracts. It comes in a convenient 96-well format, with purified DPP3 enzyme, DPP3 substrate, and DPP3 assay buffer for 100 enzyme reactions. The key to DPP3 Fluorescent Activity Assay is the fluorogenic substrate. Using this kit, only one simple step on a microtiter plate is required for DPP3 reactions. The DPP3 fluorometric substrate is incubated with a sample containing DPP3 enzyme to produce a fluorophore that can then be measured using a fluorescence reader.
APPLICATIONS:Suitable for studying enzyme kinetics and screening small molecular inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:Store D8065-29A1 at RT. Store D8065-29A2 and D8065-29A5 at -20°C. Store D8065-29A3 and D8065-29A4 at -70°C. Stable for 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
