Recombinant human ACC1, aa1-2383, with C-terminal His tag, expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
Specific Activity:~0.4pmol/min/ug
Assay Conditions:A 25ul ACC1 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 30mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM MgCl2, 1mM DTT, 2mM sodium citrate, 100uM ATP, 12mM NaHCO3 and 20uM acetyl-Co-A at 30°C for 40 minutes. ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo Luminescent Kinase Assay Platform
Applications:Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
