Synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 aa near the carboxy terminus of Avian influenza NS1. Used for blocking the activity of anti-NS1antibody.

Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Antibody activity is usually completely blocked in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
