• Specific Activity:~400pmol/min/ug
• Assay Conditions:25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride,2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2, 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate, HDAC1
• Incubation conditions:30 minutes at 37ºC followed by treatment with 50ul of HDAC developer, Catalog #H5109-66B for 15 minutes at RT
• Applications:Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
