• Reaction:L-Glutamate + O2 + H2O ---> alpha-Ketoglutarate + NH3 + H2O2
• Cofactor:FAD (2 mol per mol of enzyme)
• Thermo Stability:Stable below 60°C (30 min at pH6)
• pH Stability:pH 4-10 (60 min at 50°C)
• Optimum pH:pH 7-9
