The HRAS like-suppressor 3 (HRASLS3) belongs to a class II tumor suppressor gene family and is involved in the regulation of differentiation and survival. This protein is expressed in several human tumors including ovarian carcinomas, lung carcinomas and may be involved in interferon-dependent cell death.
