Source:Mouse myeloma ascites (TEPC 15 cell line). Recognizes mouse anti-IgA. Does not react with anti IgG2b, IgG1, IgG3, IgG2a, IgM or IgD on IEP when tested at 1mg/ml.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunoelectrophoresis. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
