Test Principle United States Biological’s Bromodeoxyuridine Cell Proliferation Kit, BioAssay™ (BrdU), mouse monoclonal antibody is used to detect the BrdU in a sample. After addition of IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody, substrate and stop solution, the amount of BrdU is determined. The higher the OD, the higher the BrdU concentration in the sample.

Storage and Stability:Store all components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. * Remove the B2851-20B Fixiative Solution and place at RT for at least 4 hours prior to use. Precipitates that may occur during cold storage should go back into solution.
