Recommended Dilution:Assay Conditions:50mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM of KCl, 1mM MgCl2, 20uM substrate, 5ug BSA, H1827-53B. Incubate at 37ºC for 30 minutes

Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
