特徴

• Recombinant Human FSH is a glycoprotein having a total molecular mass of 30kD. Follicle Stimulating Hormone is a heterodimeric hormone consisting of 92 amino acid alpha chain and 111 amino acid beta chain.
• Biological Activity:Recombinant FSH is biologically active compared to standard (IRP reference preparation 70/45). The activity is 13,636IU/mg.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O, 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
