Sterility Test:Specification: Detection of microbial growth
Test Sample: 0.2ml into each of the following media (in triplicate)Incubation Conditions: 37°C/3-5 days
Functional Test:Specification: Growth of cell line 276-B1 to confluence. One vial containing 1-5x10e6 cells is quick thawed, washed with 10ml of medium, suspended in 10ml of medium and applied to a T-25 flask pre-coated with FNC Coating Mix®. The culture is incubated at 37°C in a 5.0% CO2 incubator.
