Multiple Tag is a specially designed fusion protein for use as a positive control for Western blot or Dot blot. Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Dot Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.04-0.2ul per lane of minigel. For accurate loading, dilute with PBS
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store lyophilized powder at -20°C or lower. Reconstitute by adding sterile dH2O. Aliquot reconstituted product to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
