Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 0.02-0.5ul of the lysate is recommended per lane of minigel. For accurate loading, dilute with 1x SDS loading buffer
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store lyophilized powder at -20°C or lower. Reconstitute by adding sterile dH2O. Aliquot reconstituted product to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial.
