特徴

• Human Plk2 (GenBank Accession No. NM_006622), full length, with N-terminal GST-HIS6 tag, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
• Specific Activity:100U/mg. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1 nmol of casein substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C.
• Assay Buffer:10mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 5mM MgCl2, 10uM MnCl2, 1mM DTT, 3uM Na-orthovanadate, 0.4mM cold ATP/ 2uCi [g-32P]ATP and 0.5ug/ul alpha-casein substrate.
• Applications:Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
