• Human HDAC9 (GenBank Accession No. NM_178423), amino acids 604-1066 with C-terminal His tag, expressed in baculovirus expression system.
• Specific Activity:0.5 U/ug. One U =1 pmol/min
• Assay Condition:25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate and 40ng/ul HDAC9.
• Incubation Condition:30 min at 37ºC.
• Applications:Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
