Assay Condition:25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2, and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM H5109-66G substrate and 0.8-50ng/ul HDAC5. Incubate 30 min at 37ºC.
Incubation Condition:60 min at 30ºC.
Applications:Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Storage and Stability:Store at -70°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
