特徴

• Human HDAC5 (GenBank Accession No. NM_001015053), amino acids 657-1123 with C-terminal His tag, expressed in baculovirus expression system.
• Specific Activity:0.5 U/ug. One U =1 pmol/min.
• Assay Condition:25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM sodium chloride, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2, 0.1mg/ml BSA, 30uM HDAC substrate and 0.4ng/ul HDAC5.
• Incubation Condition:30 minutes at 30ºC.
• Applications:Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
