Assay Conditions:GSK3beta was incubated with a substrate (Ser/Thy peptide 9) for 65 min at 30ºC in 1X kinase buffer supplemented with ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at RT.
Applications:Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
