Assay Conditions:100ul of 240nm biotinylated MEK1 peptide was coated onto a neutravidin plate for 1 hour at 37ºC. After overnight blocking with TBS superblock, the reaction was done with 10uM ATP for 60 minutes at RT, and phospho-MEK1 was detected using an anti-phospho-MEK1 antibody. Specific activity was determined relatively by comparing with a standard kinase under the same condition.

Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months.
