Location:13 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human Toso
Applications:Peptide is used for blocking the activity of Toso antibody (T8067-50). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western Blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37˚C. Buffer is PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. Other applications not tested.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
