Description:Synthetic peptide corresponding to 16aa near the amino terminus of human Lifeguard.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: Used for blocking the activity of L2185. Blocking the antibody activity completely is achieved by incubating the peptide with equal volume of L2185 for 30 minutes at 37˚C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
