Source:Pervanadate treated HepG2 cells. Serum starved cells were treated for 15 min with pervanadate. 20ul H2030-03H1 is ~80,000 cells.
Applications:Suitable for use as a positive control in Western Blot applications. Not recommended for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 20ul/lane (mini gel) for HRP/ECL detection
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
