Synthetic peptide, RPS6K1, 16 aa near the amino-terminus of human RPS6K1 (Genbank accession No. AAH00479).
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 5-10ug/ml; Blocks the antibody (Cat. #R9399-02) activity completely by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
